Summary: Person living above is very loud and due to rules posted by host, you get a feeling that you must walk on eggshells because 1 wrong move and the host is quick to give you the boot!

Summary: Bottom floor unit in residential neighborhood. Comfortable for our purposes of visiting younger child who attends nearby college. We had our adult child with us and this was more economical than renting two hotel rooms and more comfortable than being crammed into one. Didn't cook any meals there. Lots of options for meals close by.

Summary: Michael was a gracious host who was easy to contact, and responded to us quickly. Once he even came into the unit we rented to fix the Roku television problem we had. He is a top tier host. The unit is another story. Mostly it was clean, but in some corners it wasn't cleaned well (especially in the bathroom). The bedrooms were small (cozy is right) and the beds were comfortable. The living room is small (cozy) and the armchairs and couch are comfortable. There is a small table which is adequate for informal meals. The kitchen is small. The neighborhood was the worst part: the streets are full of potholes, and a couple of them are barely passable. It's fairly close to downtown, but returning to the house wasn't pleasant. We did feel perfectly safe, but we were quite disappointed overall. Worcester has nice parts, and we found good restaurants, but the city has quite a way to go before it becomes a desirable destination. We stopped there on our way to Maine, and bypassed it on the way back.

Summary: The size of the apartment was fine for our needs. It could have been a bit cleaner. The roads leading to the location were terrible, rough on the car. Hopefully it’s only because of the rain they’ve been dealing with and will be fixed in the future.
